JOHN L. BAILEY

BIOGRAPHY

John W. Bailey is an experienced trial attorney, having completed more than 200 jury trials. He has also tried numerous bench trials. Mr. Bailey’s practice now concentrates on defending municipalities and corporations in high exposure damages cases. He understands the need to quickly evaluate a case. Successfully representing a client requires experienced judgement on the issues of exposure, reserves and projected costs.

Mr. Bailey has been rated AV by Martindale Hubbell. This is the highest rating an attorney can receive by the most respected attorney rating process in America. Mr. Bailey has been designated a Super Lawyer since 2014.

A former President of the Defense Research Institute, Mr. Bailey has lectured on behalf of the New York State Bar Association, the Albany County Bar Association, LexisNexis’s Mealeys publications, the Property Loss Research Bureau, and the Liability Insurance Research Bureau. He has also served as a Town Justice for the Town of Guilderland, New York for 16 years.

Mr. Bailey represents individuals, families, businesses, and municipalities in civil disputes. He has successfully represented many individuals who have been severely injured in car accidents.
